Refunds (Body Scanning Service)

$250 of our body scanning service is non-refundable. Scan kits are not returnable. Our scanning service is non-transferrable. If you change your mind or are otherwise unable to scan for any reason, we can refund your purchase within 30 days of purchase less $250 (for the scan kit plus restocking/administrative costs). To request a refund, please send us an email.


Successful scans (quality scans that can be used to generate a digital model) must be completed within 30 days of purchasing your body scan kit. If you haven’t uploaded your scans with the Beatrice Forms iPhone App within 30 days of purchasing your kit, we’ll attempt to contact you by email and the phone number you provided at purchase. If we don’t hear back within 1 week, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you the purchase price less $250 (for the scan kit plus restocking/administrative costs).


When purchasing our Body Scanning Service, be prepared to pay for the balance of your form manufacturing shortly after your successful scans are submitted. We will not manufacture forms from scans that are older than 6 months. If your scans were completed more than 6 months prior to manufacturing, we require rescanning at an additional cost of $250 to move forward with manufacturing. Also note, we generate digital models only suitable for our unique custom dress form making process so our digital models cannot be used for any other purpose.


If your scan clothing does not fit properly as described here, please let us know via email. If we’re unable to resolve your fit issue via email consultation, we’re happy to provide 1 size exchange within 10 days of purchase at no additional cost to you.


Clients whose forms are being shipped to the US need to complete their 30 minute pre-scan consultation before their scan. Clients whose forms are being shipped outside of the US need to complete their 30 minute pre-scan consultation before their scan kit ships.

Refunds (Manufacturing custom full-size and half-scale dress forms)

All sales are final and non-refundable.


We prefer that you purchase your form manufacturing within a week of receiving your invoice so we can keep to the schedule, deliver your form (and others) in a timely manner, and serve waiting clients as soon as possible.


If it will take longer than that, please contact us and let us know when you plan on moving forward with manufacturing.


While we highly recommend pre-scan consultations to be completed prior to scanning, your 30 minute phone/video chat pre-scan consultation must be completed before we will issue an invoice for form manufacturing.


We require rescanning for digital scans older than 6 months at a cost of $250.

Refunds (classes and memberships)

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Refund credit processing

If your refund request is approved via email, then we’ll process your refund within 15 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note: there is often some additional processing time between when we issue the refund and when the credit card company posts the funds to your bank account. Thanks for your patience!
